DELIVERY INFORMATION:
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once your payment has been successfully received, we will email you with confirmation of your order. Your items will then be dispatched from our warehouse within the next 2 working days, subject to processing delays. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Your shipping cost and VAT will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
UK: 2-3 Working Days Delivery
If you order to a UK address, your order will be sent out within 2 working days via TNT. We will make every effort to get it to you quickly, however, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date for your order. Please note that our warehouse is normally only open Monday-Friday, so if you order over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the following week.
Please also be aware that UK bank holidays may delay your order.
Shipping is free either for orders where the quantity of cartons purchased is five or above, or where the subtotal (excluding VAT) is £400 or more. For orders containing less than five cartons, a flat rate of £2.50 per carton (excluding VAT) will be charged. For example, if you order three cartons, the shipping cost will be £7.50 (excluding VAT).
EU: 5-7 Working Days Delivery
If you order to an EU address, your order will be sent out within 2-3 working days via UPS. We will make every effort to get it to you quickly, however, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date for your order. Please note that our warehouse is normally only open Monday-Friday, so if you order over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the following week.
Please be aware that UK bank holidays may delay your order. Customs delays are also possible.
Due to Brexit, there may be additional import duty charges for you to pay when the goods reach your country. The courier will be unable to release your order until all outstanding fees are paid on it. If these fees are not paid, your order will be returned to us and a refund will be issued.
We process and deliver orders using the DAP (Delivery at Place) 2020 Incoterms and require an EORI number before being able to dispatch any goods.
Shipping is based on the country that the goods are to being delivered to. Each EU country comes under one of the four below zones.
Please note that we are unable to deliver web orders to addresses in Spain, Iceland or Serbia, however, a member of our worldwide sales team will be in touch if you fill in our registration form.
